Construction Management

Aztec acts as a liaison between the client and the construction phase of any project to ensure that the project is completed on time and on budget.

The Construction Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing people, materials and equipment while maintaining costs, scheduling and contracts.  The Construction Manager will act within the best interests of the client but will also ensure the safety of all contractors and the general public.
